Aditro supports Payroll Services Alliance by strengthening its operations in Denmark

19-Oct-2011 Aditro is increasing its operations in Ringsted, Denmark. The company focuses on supporting its payroll outsourcing customers through local Aditro professionals.

“During the recent years Aditro has been successful in growing its Business Process Outsourcing in the Nordic countries. To ensure further development, we have taken two important steps; we have entered into a strategic alliance with SD Worx and Elanor and furthermore, we have made further investments in Denmark to increase our service capabilities”, says Magnus Rådbo, Director of Outsourcing Services Sweden in Aditro.  
 
“When facing times of economical uncertainty, customers are seeking ways to decrease their fixed costs and increase flexibility and efficiency, especially on support functions. Increasingly this development is seen with customers having operations in several countries which makes the unique selling point of our outsourcing services more relevant than ever”, states Aditro Denmark´s Operation Manager, Lone Vinther. “Also in the present labor market in Denmark it is difficult to attract, maintain and develop internal competencies within payroll and other HR-related services.
