The training and staffing company Lernia choose Aditro to supply its future HRM solution (Sweden)
13th Sep 2013Lernia has selected Aditro as a partner to handle its future HR and payroll service. The agreement is for 5 years and covers around 4,000 employees. Lernia has operations at more than 100 locations around Sweden.
Lernia wanted to modernise and streamline its HR processes. The aim was to select a supplier that could integrate and automate the solutions in order to achieve more efficient business and process support for its entire organisation. This is an area in which Aditro is an expert, says Johan Berg, CEO of Aditro. We can supply modernity and stability, and we are constantly improving our processes within HR and the payroll area.
The choice of supplier and partner for our HR processes was important from a quality and standards perspective. We needed a modern HR solution that provides access to reports and supporting documentation for decision-making, as well as an automated, digital system support that facilitates administration through self-service. Aditro has the right tools for this, says Håkan Carrefors, SVP Human Resources at Lernia.
The project is expected to start in September 2013, with the first production taking place in April 2014. The modules within Aditro® HRM Suite include Payroll, Time and Travel administration with a Credit card link, Benefits, Pension and Salary review
